What's it like to be on the Robotics team? Get a sneak peek in this workshop! Experience the process of planning, building, and programming a
hypothetical robot with the Lightning Hawks, a Natick High School Robotics team!
Participants will:

This event is open to Tweens in Grades 5-7. Register to get the Zoom info; Robin will email all participants the day before the program.
- watch a video about a challenge they need their robot to complete
- sketch & plan a robot to build
- figure out what parts & materials they need
- brainstorm ways to raise funds to build the robot (grants/fundraising)
The Lightning Hawks will then:
- talk about how the team works through the process each season
- do a demo with their robot
- answer questions
- take requests for the robot to do certain tasks
